This issue has become more prominent in the post–COVID-19 era, alongside the growing awareness of work-life balance and mental well-being. This study aims to map global research trends and directions related to quiet quitting through a bibliometric analysis of publications indexed in the Scopus database for the 2020–2024 period using the VOSviewer and Biblioshiny tools. The results reveal a significant increase in publications since 2022, highlighting three dominant themes: employee engagement and burnout, work-life balance and mental health, as well as leadership and organizational culture. These findings enrich the Human Resource Management (HRM) literature related to employee engagement and provide insights for developing adaptive HR strategies aligned with evolving work values and modern organizational culture.

Keywords: Quiet quitting, bibliometric analysis, employee engagement, work life balance, human resource management.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Darmayanto Darmayanto, Siti Mujanah, Achmad Yanu Alif Fiantohttps://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/JEM17/article/view/132733Bibliometric Analysis of The Effect of Discounts in E-Commerce on Increased Sales of Small and Medium Enterprise Products2025-10-29T02:52:25+00:00Septian Dwi Nugrohodwinugroho.96@gmail.comSiti Mujanahsitimujanah@untag-sby.ac.idAchmad Yanu Alifachmadyanu@untag-sby.ac.id
As digital technology advances, internet shopping, or e-commerce, has grown in popularity and offers SMEs fantastic chances to boost sales. Data were collected from Google Scholar using Harzing’s Publish or Perish and analyzed with VOSviewer to map the evolution of digital marketing studies in recent years. The findings show that discussions in this field increasingly revolve around digital transformation, social media strategies, and their contribution to supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs). Patterns of collaboration across authors and institutions demonstrate growing interdisciplinary engagement in digital marketing research. The analysis reveals four major thematic clusters: digital marketing strategies, SME empowerment, technological adaptation, and research development. These clusters highlight the role of technology and innovation in shaping new marketing models that enhance business–consumer interactions. The study also indicates several directions for future research, including digital consumer behavior, influencer involvement, and data-driven marketing decision-making. Overall, this bibliometric review offers a comprehensive overview of how digital marketing research continues to evolve and contribute to business growth, collaborative knowledge creation, and innovation in the digital era.

Keywords: Digital Marketing; Collaboration; Themes; Opportunities; Bibliometric Analysis.
2025-11-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Riski Sugiarti, Siti Mujanah, Achmad Yanu Alif Fianto https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/JEM17/article/view/132770Bibliometric Mapping on Ethics, Privacy, and Trust in Digital Marketing2025-11-03T09:54:04+00:00Kiki Puput Puspitasarikikipuput25@gmail.comSiti Mujanahsitimujanah@untag-sby.ac.idAchmad Yanu Alif Fianto achmadyanu@untag-sby.ac.id
The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed modern marketing strategies, particularly in the utilization of consumer data, message personalization, and digital platform–based interactions. However, this evolution also raises complex ethical challenges related to privacy protection and the establishment of consumer trust. This study aims to map the development and research trends concerning ethics, privacy, and trust within the context of digital marketing through a bibliometric mapping approach. Data were collected from the Scopus database covering publications between 2013 and 2025 and analyzed using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny software. The analysis revealed four main research clusters: (1) ethics and social responsibility in digital marketing, (2) data privacy and information security, (3) consumer trust and loyalty, and (4) digital technology implementation in marketing strategies. The findings highlight that the success of digital marketing is not solely driven by technological innovation but also by how organizations uphold ethical principles and protect privacy to foster consumer trust.
