Rancang Bangun Model Sistem Informasi Pembayaran SPP Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Prototyping
Abstract
Information technology is beneficial, especially in the world of education, to manage various resources, one of which is the provision of information and data processing. This study aimed to apply the prototype method to the design of an administration management information system for SPP payments. The tuition payment system currently still uses a manual system, all tuition payment processes are recorded on paper, so there is a high probability of errors and data duplication, which can decrease students' monthly tuition fees. In this study, the prototype method was used. The administrator automatically summarizes the SPP payment management system, and the recapitulation data will be saved to the database system. Then, the user can view details of the results of payments stored in the information system. As a result, payment information will be more efficient and effective. Based on the research results, this system has been designed and planned very well so that this prototype model can be used as a reference for the development of more complex systems. The system test results obtained from the average respondent produce excellent feedback.

ABSTRAK
Teknologi informasi bermanfaat khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan untuk mengelola berbagai sumber daya, salah satunya penyediaan informasi dan pengolahan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode prototype pada perancangan sistem informasi manajemen administrasi pembayaran SPP. Sistem pembayaran SPP saat ini masih menggunakan sistem manual, semua proses pembayaran SPP dicatat di atas kertas, sehingga kemungkinan besar terjadi kesalahan dan duplikasi data yang dapat menurunkan biaya SPP bulanan mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini, metode prototipe digunakan. Administrator secara otomatis merangkum sistem pengelolaan pembayaran SPP, dan data rekapitulasi akan disimpan ke sistem database. Kemudian, pengguna dapat melihat detail hasil pembayaran yang tersimpan di sistem informasi. Akibatnya, informasi pembayaran akan lebih efisien dan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem ini telah dirancang dan direncanakan dengan sangat baik sehingga model prototype ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk pengembangan sistem yang lebih kompleks. Hasil pengujian sistem yang diperoleh dari rata-rata responden menghasilkan umpan balik yang sangat baik.
