Abstract

Document on Human Fraternity menjadi sangat penting karena didalamnya mengatur secara tegas apa hakikat Tuhan. Pentingnya pemahaman akan Tuhan akan menjadikan suatu peraturan perundang-undangan mengarah pada keadilan hukum. Di dalam Undang-UndangRepublik Indonesia Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan (UU No. 12-2011) bahwa tiap peraturan perundang-undangan wajib ada frasa “Dengan Rahmat Tuhan Yang Maha Esaâ€. Document on Human Fraternity dapat dijadikan sebagai bagian dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia. Document on Human Fraternity merupakan norma desiderata yang universal
