Field observations revealed a lack of understanding regarding the business model that suits their business conditions. Many entrepreneurs in the group have an inaccurate concept of their product potential, customer mapping, and financial management, which hampers the development of their businesses and the improvement of their economic well-being. Training and mentoring on developing a business model using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) focused on changing the mindset and behavior in managing micro and small enterprises. After conducting financial health tests and visiting each business, the main theme of the training was the development of a new business model following the BMC guidelines. The training resulted in the creation of a new business model. Mentoring was provided to support the implementation of this new model in the micro-enterprises of the members. Getah nyatu, yang melimpah di kawasan ini, sering kali kurang dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pembuatan produk kerajinan, seperti patung, hiasan rumah, dan perhiasan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan narasumber berpengalaman dalam kerajinan getah nyatu dan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa sesi, meliputi teori dasar, teknik produksi, serta proses finishing. Selain itu, peserta juga dilatih strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar lokal dan regional. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) lokal dengan memanfaatkan kearifan lokal yang ada, sehingga pelaku IKM diharapkan menjadi lebih mandiri dan inovatif dalam menciptakan produk kerajinan. Selain meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi, program ini juga berkontribusi dalam pelestarian budaya lokal dan memperkenalkan kearifan lokal kepada masyarakat luas. This research focuses on the use of internet of things (iot) technology as a new tool to improve the economy of lumajang communities, particularly in the tourism sector. Using a community based participatory research (cbpr) approach, this research involves the active participation of the community in the process. The results show that empowering the lumajang community with iot technology facilitates regular and structured monitoring of local revenue, particularly in the tourism sector. This has a positive impact on revenue management and the welfare of the people of lumajang district. This service was carried out at SMK Siang and SMK Kawung 1 Surabaya, which have limited infrastructure and human resources in utilizing IoT technology. Through the development of the Embedded-IoT module, this activity provides interactive and practical training to teachers and students to increase their understanding of IoT technology. This project involves creating 10 Embedded-IoT practicum modules and preparing STEM-based learning materials. It is hoped that the implementation of this module can improve the technology skills of students and teachers, strengthen the STEM-based curriculum, and increase the competitiveness of graduates in the job market. Apart from that, this activity also contributes to the implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) and Key Performance Indicators (IKU) which encourage collaboration, active participation and strengthening technological capabilities in Vocational Schools.</p> <p>The embedded-IoT module implementation program at SMK SIANG and SMK Kawung 1 Surabaya aims to increase student and teacher competency in IoT technology through training, curriculum development and module implementation. The evaluation showed an increase in the average score from 62.8 (pre-test) to 72.2 (post-test), confirming the increase in participants' understanding and skills. A total of 10 modules are designed for STEM-based learning, providing practical experience in developing embedded systems and IoT. Kleco RT 4 RW 3, Ds. Sambirejo, Kec. Jumantono, Kab. Karanganyar, Prov. Jawa Tengah. Fokus utama kelompok ini adalah pengembangan usaha pertanian, khususnya dalam produksi jagung. Pentingnya jagung sebagai komoditas pangan kedua setelah beras membuat kebutuhan jagung meningkat seiring pertambahan penduduk dan perkembangan industri pakan. Di Indonesia, produksi jagung pada tahun 2021 mencapai 23.042.764,84 ton, dengan dominasi wilayah Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, dan Jawa Barat. Namun, di Desa Sekembang, Jumantono, kelompok menghadapi permasalahan dalam proses pemipilan jagung. Petani jagung di daerah tersebut masih menggunakan alat sederhana, terutama pemipilan secara manual atau dengan tangan. Proses manual membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama, menghasilkan jagung pipilan dalam jumlah yang terbatas, dan menyebabkan kelelahan dan keluhan tangan yang sakit. Meskipun ada mesin pemipil jagung mekanis, petani di daerah tersebut kesulitan mengaksesnya karena harga yang mahal dan kapasitas yang umumnya lebih besar dari yang diperlukan oleh petani kecil. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kelompok mengidentifikasi kebutuhan akan mesin pemipil jagung dengan kapasitas kecil atau rendah yang dapat membantu petani meningkatkan hasil pipilan jagung dengan biaya yang lebih terjangkau. Mesin tersebut diharapkan dapat menggantikan metode manual yang tidak efektif. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, kelompok menciptakan dan merancang mesin pemipil jagung semi-mekanis.
