Keberadaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah<strong> (</strong>UMKM<strong>)</strong> di sekitar destinasi wisata memberikan peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan, terutama dalam produksi dan penjualan berbagai jenis keripik tradisional yang menjadi produk unggulan desa Tlemang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisata religi makam Ki Buyut Terik memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian desa Tlemang melalui pengembangan UMKM. Produk keripik tradisional dari desa tersebut menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan, dan dengan penerapan teknologi informasi dan pemasaran digital, serta inovasi pada kemasan dan diversifikasi produk, UMKM dapat terus berkembang dan berkontribusi pada perekonomian lokal. Pengembangan UMKM pada sektor pariwisata ini juga berperan dalam mempertahankan identitas budaya lokal dan kearifan tradisi agama, serta memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat desa Tlemang. The purpose of this community service is to socialize the existence of BPSK as a consumer dispute resolution institution for the community, consumers, and business actors. The method used in community service through legal counseling to socialize the existence of BPSK is followed by focused discussions related to duties and authorities, as well as consumer dispute resolution mechanisms at BPSK. The results of this activity increase knowledge and understanding of the existence of BPSK as a consumer dispute resolution institution outside the court domiciled in the Regency / City. Kejaksaan merupakan sebuah institusi yang sangat berperan aktif dalam mekanisme hukum di Indonesia. Hal tersebut didasari atas peran, fungsi, dan kebijakan yang dimiliki dalam upaya untuk melakukan supremasi hukum dan menegakkan keadilan di Indonesia. Eksistensi dari institusi Kejaksaan secara hukum telah dirumuskan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia. Dalam lingkup Kejaksaan, seseorang yang pada konferensi disebut sebagai Jaksa atau Penuntut Umum. Jaksa atau Penuntut Umum memiliki berbagai persyaratan untuk dikatakan sebagai Jaksa, dengan Merujuk pada Pasal 9 Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2004 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia. Metode pengabdian yang dipakai dalam artikel ini berupa pengabdian observasi dan ceramah dengan disertai beberapa dokumentasi sebagai data yang valid. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa institusi kejaksaan di Indonesia sangat berperan aktif dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia atas dasar peran, tugas, dan otoritas yang dimiliki kejaksaan dalam hal melakukan upaya supremasi hukum dan menegakkan keadilan di Indonesia. It is hoped that awareness of the importance of education can increase the knowledge of the Paluh Merbau population in dealing with technological developments. This stems from the problems faced by one of the schools in Paluh Merbau, namely MIS Raudhatul Faizin. The problems faced include: (1) The lack of teacher experience in efforts to improve students' literacy skills and (2) The lack of facilities that support students' literacy skills. The method of implementing activities is carried out through four stages, including: (1) Preparation: environmental observation (initial mapping), discussion of problems, and determination of problem solutions; (2) Implementation: implementing mentoring programs; (3) Monitoring and Evaluation: evaluation of the process and results of the mentoring program; and (4) Follow-up: developing mentoring programs in other aspects and on a wider scale. The results of the community service program that have been implemented include: (1) Assistance activities in designing learning, selecting reading sources and enjoyable reading techniques, (2) Assistance in managing and maximizing reading corners in schools, and (3) Managing and using e-books through barcode board innovation. So, to overcome this problem, fire disaster mitigation training is needed from an early age for children to anticipate fire disasters occurring. Apart from that, fire disaster mitigation training is expected to prevent losses and affect victims. This community service activity was carried out at SDN Wonocolo 2 Sidoarjo in collaboration with BNPB Sidoarjo Regency to use the Mosipena car facilities. Earthquake training and education for children at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo includes delivering material about earthquake signs, types of earthquakes, mitigation steps that need to be taken when an earthquake occurs, and the impacts caused by earthquake disasters. Apart from that, we also carried out evacuation practices during an earthquake and created an evacuation route at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo. With this early training and education, it is hoped that children can understand the concept of earthquake disasters and know what to do when an earthquake occurs, so as to reduce panic and loss of life. The steps in this training and education activity include preparing and determining activities and locations for implementing PKM, creating materials and planning activities that will be delivered to children at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo regarding earthquake disasters and how to mitigate them. Furthermore, the training and education activities were carried out at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo.
