Pariwisata merupakan salah-satu industri besar yang memiliki potensi cukup besar untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keberadaan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sekitar destinasi wisata memberikan peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan, terutama dalam produksi dan penjualan berbagai jenis keripik tradisional yang menjadi produk unggulan desa Tlemang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wisata religi makam Ki Buyut Terik memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian desa Tlemang melalui pengembangan UMKM. Produk keripik tradisional dari desa tersebut menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan, dan dengan penerapan teknologi informasi dan pemasaran digital, serta inovasi pada kemasan dan diversifikasi produk, UMKM dapat terus berkembang dan berkontribusi pada perekonomian lokal. Pengembangan UMKM pada sektor pariwisata ini juga berperan dalam mempertahankan identitas budaya lokal dan kearifan tradisi agama, serta memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat desa Tlemang. Dengan demikian, langkah-langkah strategis yang diambil oleh pemerintah, pemangku kepentingan lokal, dan para pelaku UMKM dapat memperkuat potensi wisata religi makam Ki Buyut Terik dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan perubahan sosial, serta menciptakan pengembangan yang berkelanjutan bagi desa Tlemang dan sekitarnya.

SOSIALISASI MENGENAI BADAN PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA KONSUMEN (BPSK) SEBAGAI LEMBAGA PENYELESAIAN SENGKETA KONSUMEN DI LUAR PENGADILAN

The Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) is an institution established by the Consumer Protection Law tasked with handling and resolving consumer disputes. The purpose of this community service is to socialize the existence of BPSK as a consumer dispute resolution institution for the community, consumers, and business actors. The method used in community service through legal counseling to socialize the existence of BPSK is followed by focused discussions related to duties and authorities, as well as consumer dispute resolution mechanisms at BPSK. The results of this activity increase knowledge and understanding of the existence of BPSK as a consumer dispute resolution institution outside the court domiciled in the Regency / City. BPSK was formed to provide consumers access to resolve disputes quickly and cheaply with various conveniences for consumers to claim their rights as consumers based on the UUPK.

PENYULUHAN INSTITUSI KEJAKSAAN SEBAGAI LEMBAGA PERADILAN DI INDONESIA

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengetahui eksistensi institusi Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia yang ditinjau dari peran, fungsi, dan kebijakan yang dimilikinya yang kemudian diimplementasikan dalam mekanisme hukum di Indonesia. Kejaksaan merupakan sebuah institusi yang sangat berperan aktif dalam mekanisme hukum di Indonesia. Hal tersebut didasari atas peran, fungsi, dan kebijakan yang dimiliki dalam upaya untuk melakukan supremasi hukum dan menegakkan keadilan di Indonesia. Eksistensi dari institusi Kejaksaan secara hukum telah dirumuskan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia. Dalam lingkup Kejaksaan, seseorang yang pada konferensi disebut sebagai Jaksa atau Penuntut Umum. Jaksa atau Penuntut Umum memiliki berbagai persyaratan untuk dikatakan sebagai Jaksa, dengan Merujuk pada Pasal 9 Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2004 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia. Metode pengabdian yang dipakai dalam artikel ini berupa pengabdian observasi dan ceramah dengan disertai beberapa dokumentasi sebagai data yang valid. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa institusi kejaksaan di Indonesia sangat berperan aktif dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia atas dasar peran, tugas, dan otoritas yang dimiliki kejaksaan dalam hal melakukan upaya supremasi hukum dan menegakkan keadilan di Indonesia. Penulisan dari artikel ini juga sebagai penyempurnaan dalam pelaksanaan program magang yang diberikan oleh Kampus Merdeka pada tanggal 04 Maret 2024 hingga 05 Juni 2024 di Kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Denpasar.

KONSERVASI LITERASI ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR DI LINGKUNGAN PALUH MERBAU

The community service activities carried out aim to improve students' literacy skills so that they can increase the level of education in the Paluh Merbau area. It is hoped that awareness of the importance of education can increase the knowledge of the Paluh Merbau population in dealing with technological developments. This stems from the problems faced by one of the schools in Paluh Merbau, namely MIS Raudhatul Faizin. The problems faced include: (1) The lack of teacher experience in efforts to improve students' literacy skills and (2) The lack of facilities that support students' literacy skills. The method of implementing activities is carried out through four stages, including: (1) Preparation: environmental observation (initial mapping), discussion of problems, and determination of problem solutions; (2) Implementation: implementing mentoring programs; (3) Monitoring and Evaluation: evaluation of the process and results of the mentoring program; and (4) Follow-up: developing mentoring programs in other aspects and on a wider scale. The results of the community service program that have been implemented include: (1) Assistance activities in designing learning, selecting reading sources and enjoyable reading techniques, (2) Assistance in managing and maximizing reading corners in schools, and (3) Managing and using e-books through barcode board innovation. The outcomes produced through this community service program include: (1) Teachers are able to utilize e-books in every learning design, (2) Teachers are able to manage e-books and use them, (3) Improve students' reading skills and deliver good material for teachers, (4) Availability of e-books and a management system, (5) Availability of a reading corner model, and (6) Management of reading corners and provision of reading resources (books and e-book barcode boards).

Antisipasi Bencana Kebakaran Sejak Dini dengan Pelatihan Mitigasi Bencana Kebakaran kepada Anak-anak di SDN Wonocolo 2 Sidoarjo

The high number of fire disaster cases occurring in Sidoarjo Regency has resulted in more attention being paid to the community so that the impact of fire disaster losses can be minimized. So, to overcome this problem, fire disaster mitigation training is needed from an early age for children to anticipate fire disasters occurring. Apart from that, fire disaster mitigation training is expected to prevent losses and affect victims. This community service activity was carried out at SDN Wonocolo 2 Sidoarjo in collaboration with BNPB Sidoarjo Regency to use the Mosipena car facilities. Furthermore, the PKM activity for Anticipating Fire Disasters from an Early Age with Fire Disaster Mitigation Training for Children at SDN Wonocolo 2 Sidoarjo went smoothly with high anticipation from the children at SDN Wonocolo 2 Sidoarjo, and their understanding of fire disasters increased after this PKM activity.

Pelatihan dan Edukasi Siaga Bencana Gempa Bumi Kepada Anak-anak di SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo

The important role of training and education regarding earthquake disasters and early disaster mitigation is the main basis for this community service activity. Earthquake training and education for children at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo includes delivering material about earthquake signs, types of earthquakes, mitigation steps that need to be taken when an earthquake occurs, and the impacts caused by earthquake disasters. Apart from that, we also carried out evacuation practices during an earthquake and created an evacuation route at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo. With this early training and education, it is hoped that children can understand the concept of earthquake disasters and know what to do when an earthquake occurs, so as to reduce panic and loss of life. The steps in this training and education activity include preparing and determining activities and locations for implementing PKM, creating materials and planning activities that will be delivered to children at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo regarding earthquake disasters and how to mitigate them. Furthermore, the training and education activities were carried out at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo. Based on comments and reviews from children, it can be concluded that students at SDN Wonocolo 1 Sidoarjo have a lot of understanding about earthquake disasters and the steps that must be taken when a disaster occurs.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi permasalahan Mitra (Riza Jaya) agar mampu bersaing dengan competitor yang jumlahnya sangat banyak di RW 05 Desa Kalanganyar, yaitu dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas olahan bandengnya. Metode yang diterapkan diawali dengan sosialisasi pentingnya meningkatkan mutu produk olahan bandeng, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil yang sudah dicapai yaitu investasi teknologi berupa freezer, pengemas vakum dan pendukung alat-alat produksi lainnya dan Mitra mampu meningkatkan kualitas olahan bandeng Riza Jaya melalui transfer pengetahuan dan teknologi yang diperoleh di Kampus melalui program MBKM, yang meliputi peningkatan proses produksi, sanitasi higienis, penyimpanan, pengemasan dan pemasaran produk. Kapasitas dan ketrampilan Riza Jaya dalam mengelola usahanya juga meningkat, sehingga memberdayakan ekonomi local dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar karena dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja, mengurangi pengangguran dan meningkatkan pendapatan dan pengembangan teknologi dan inovasi, yang meliputi pembaruan proses produksi, meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas.
