There is a tendency that border communities do not care about democratic parties (elections) being held, because they feel ostracized by the government, even most of their basic needs depend on neighboring countries, namely Malaysia. While the Indonesian government seems to be ignoring border communities with high living costs and low welfare levels. Giving the impression that the election results also did not have an impact on the lives of the people of the country's borders. Whereas one of the objectives of the implementation of the elections is to produce elections that have clean, honest and fair integrity in order to be able to produce qualified leaders to develop community welfare. The results showed that social, economic, geographical, administrative and community apathy conditions affected the level of political participation of people at the border. Community apathy and geographical conditions have a considerable impact, so the development of border communities needs to be an important concern of the government so that the people trust the government. Thus, the awareness of the people of the national borders to build their participation in determining their leaders in the future elections.
Semuel Risal, Eka Pratiwi (Author) ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/dia/article/view/%233010 Fri, 17 Jun 2022 00:00:00 +0000 DIFUSI INOVASI MASYARAKAT DAYAK DI TANJUNG BUKA, TANJUNG SELOR, BULUNGAN, KALIMANTAN UTARA DALAM PROGRAM TRANSMIGRASI ASAL JAWA TIMUR https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/dia/article/view/%233005 Program transmigrasi dari Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur bekerja sama dengan Pemerintah Provinsi Kalimantan Utara telah menempatkan masyarakat transmigran pendatang asal Jawa Timur di Satuan Permukiman (SP) 5, (SP) 6 dan (SP) 8 di Desa Tanjung Buka, Kecamatan Tanjung Selor, Kabupaten Bulungan, Provinsi Kalimantan Utara dengan harapan terjadi difusi inovasi keterampilan pertanian kepada warga masyarakat Dayak di tempat baru. The study used a sample of 75 people from all Work Units or offices in the Keerom District government related to finance. The results indicate that partially the implementation of non-Cash transactions with the variable commitment of the local government (X1), Readiness of Human Resources (X2), and Cooperation (X3) have an impact on the Characteristics of the Community (Y) in Keerom Regency which can be seen from the test value t-count compared to t-table as well as a significant level. Implementation of non-cash transactions jointly or simultaneously has an impact on the characteristics of the community (Y) in Keerom Regency which is done by comparing p_value or probability (F-statistics) with a significant level. From the calculation of the magnitude of the probability (F-statistic) and the significant level is set at a = 5% = 0.05, so the p_value or probability of this result then the comparison (f-count) with the value of 17,822 with a significant level is 0,000. These results explain that simultaneous implementation of non-cash transactions with government commitment variable (X1), human resource readiness variable (X2), cooperation variable (X3) together have an impact on community characteristics (Y), so the hypothesis stating that the variables of government commitment, readiness of human resources, and cooperation have a positive and significant effect on the characteristics of the community declared acceptable and can be verified.

Keywords: Government Commitment, Human Resources, Cooperation and Community Characteristics.
Wa Ariadi, Ahadi Rerung, Windy Jatmika (Author) ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/dia/article/view/%233424 Tue, 17 Dec 2019 00:00:00 +0000 SWOT ANALYSIS OF MANUFACTURING UNIT PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE IN SMK NEGRI 7 SURABAYA INCREASING THE QUALITY OF GRADUATES https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/dia/article/view/%233079
The impact is that many of the SMK, SMA and MA graduates have not been able to compete in the business world and in the Industrial world especially the SMK that dominates Surabaya's open unemployment rate of 11.74 percent, from the data indicating that there is a poor relationship between education and employment. The public policy model implemented in SMKs in Surabaya including SMK N 7 Surabaya is still centralized at the central of government. The impact of these policies is the implementation of policies that seem slow and not on target. The relationship between schools and business actors also does not work well if it is based on not absorbing graduates of SMK N 7 Surabaya in the fields of work around the school environment. This research intends to examine more deeply the public policy of the management of production units in SMKs and the models that can improve the management of SMK industrial units, where later than reporting these SMK production units becomes clear, it is hoped that the performance of these production units will also increase. This willingness is called organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The problem faced by health centers as public health service providers is how the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) improves the Performance of Community Health Center Paramedics in East OKU District, while the purpose of this study is to determine the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and its important role in the Performance of Health Center Paramedics in East OKU Regency. . The hypothesis proposed is that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) plays an important role in improving the performance of public health center paramedics in East OKU district. From the calculation results obtained r = 0.318 after being consulted with a conservative standard to determine whether or not this effect is strong, it turns out that r = 0.318. after consultation with the conservative standard, it turns out that 0.318 lies between 0.200 - 0.399 which is included in the low correlation. Then to answer the hypothesis test that was previously proposed to have a relationship or not, then tested with the hypothesis test and obtained t = 0.671. so when connected to the t table value with a confidence level of 95%, which means the error rate of 5% (0.05) is t count smaller than t table, namely 0.671 <(0.05: 4) = 2.132. Thus, it means that Ha is rejected, Ho is accepted, this means that there is a low influence between the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on improving the performance of the Puskesmas Paramedics in East OKU Regency.
