PENTAWILAN PASAL 7A UNDANG-UNDANG DASAR NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA TAHUN 1945

Tidak adanya kejelasan norma syarat pemberhentian Presiden dan/atau Wakil Presiden khususnya definisi frase “perbuatan tercela’, sehingga pemberhentian Presiden di Indonesia hanya berdasarkan konstelasi politik. Keberadaan Pasal 7A UUD NRI 1945 tidak dapat dijadikan landasan kuat guna memberhentikan seorang Presiden dan/atau Wakil Presiden. Dengan penguasaan bahasa Indonesia untuk bidang hukum dan peraturan perundang-undangan serta penta’wilan akan menciptakan kejelsan definisi frase “perbuatan tercela†sehingga Presiden dan/atau Wakil Presiden merupakan dengan tujuan frase yang tercipta dalam suatu peraturan perundang-undangan sehingga menimbulkan kepastian hukum dan selaras dengan hak asasi manusia secara internasional, segera melakukan perubahan kelima UUD NRI 1945 guna menegaskan penganutan sistem presidensial dan syarat pemberhentian Presiden dan/atau Wakil Presiden.
