The subject of this study is 93 outsourced employees of PT Langgeng Aman Mandiri, who are trying to determine whether there is a relationship between self-adjustment and Happiness. Saturated samples are used in the sampling method. This study uses a satisfaction scale, which is based on the dimensions of self-adjustment according to Schneiders' theory (1964) and a happiness scale based on the dimensions of happiness according to Seligman's theory (2005). This study uses SPSS to analyze product moment correlation data. There was a positive Pearson correlation of 0.773 and a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The results of this study show that the hypothesis of this study is accepted: the self-adjustment variable is related to the happiness variable positively and significantly.
