Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of husband's support and emotional regulation on the psychological well-being of pregnant women while waiting for the birth of their baby. The data for this study were obtained from 45 respondents who were pregnant women aged 23-35 years and more than 30 weeks pregnant in Bangkalan Regency. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. This study used a scale of husband's support with a reliability of 0.864, a scale of emotional regulation with a reliability of 0.618, and a scale of psychological well-being with a reliability of 0.901. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of husband's support and emotional regulation on the psychological well-being of pregnant women while waiting for the birth of their baby
