The increase in turnover intention among Gen Z employees has become an important issue in human resource management. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organisational support and commitment, as well as organisational commitment, on turnover intention, with psychological ownership as a mediator. The research subjects were all 255 Gen Z employees of PT. X. A quantitative approach was used, and data analysis was conducted using path analysis. This study confirms the importance of organisational support and commitment in reducing turnover intention among Gen Z employees. However, psychological ownership did not play a mediating role in this study. Thus, organisational support and organisational commitment are key factors in reducing turnover intention among Gen Z employees at PT. X, while the mediating path through psychological ownership was not confirmed in this study.
