Religiusitas, Adversity Quotient dengan Stres Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga
Abstract
Abstract. Work stress, which can cause very unpleasant emotional experiences, is an internal condition that can occur at work where the individual workd. The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of religiosity and adversity quotient on work stress in health workers in PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga Hospital. Quantitative research with the entire population of health 206 workers working at PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga Hospital was employed in this study. Multiple regression analysis techiques with calculations using SPSS version 20.00 were utilized to analyze the data. The results of this study revealed a significant influence on religiosity on work stress with sig values. P=0.032 (P<0.05). there is a significant influence on adversity quotient on work stress with sig values. P=0.003 (P<0,05). There is a significant effect of religiosity and adversity quotient on work stress with sig values. P=0.01 (P<0,05). Therefore, it can be concluded that the higher the religiosity, the lower on work stress, and the lower the adversity quotient, the higher the work stress in the health workers who work at PKU Muhammadiyah Purbalingga Hospotal.
