Systematic Literature Review: Teleworking dan Kinerja Karyawan pada Era Pandemi
Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has forced various company sectors to change their work system to Work From Home (WFH) to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. WFH or teleworking is a growing work practice, where employees work somewhere outside the office several times a week (Lamond, Daniels, & Standen, 1997). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of WFH on job performance in the pandemic era and the factors that influence it. The method for this research uses a Systematic Literature Review by limiting the articles published in the time span during the Covid-19 pandemic from 2020 to 2022. The results obtained that Teleworking or WFH has an effect on job Performance which is influenced by several factors, including individual factors, job factors, and environmental factors.
