This research used quantitative methods with a total of 170 respondents. Sampling in this research used random sampling techniques. This research method uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and data collection through questionnaires distributed to police officers. Statistical analysis, including regression, will be used to identify and evaluate relationships between variables. It is hoped that the implications of this research finding can contribute to the development of more effective human resource management strategies in the police environment, by paying attention to aspects that influence the organizational climate, psychological well-being and work engagement of police officers. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that although the Work Engagement data is not normally distributed, the analysis was carried out by choosing a non-parametric approach. The results show that there is a linear relationship between Work Engagement and Organizational Climate and Psychological Well Being. The Spearman rank test confirms that there is a significant relationship between Organizational Climate and Psychological Well Being and Work Engagement. These findings provide an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence the level of Work Engagement in the work environment, especially in the members of the Surabaya Police.
2024-06-30T04:29:36+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/fenomena/article/view/10922Prototype Aplikasi Sosiogram Sebagai Infrastruktur Pemetaan Konflik Dalam Relasi Kerja2024-07-03T04:35:21+00:00Dr. Muhammad Ghazali Bagus Ani Putra, Psibaguz.putra@untag-sby.ac.id
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan dan menguji coba prototype berbentuk aplikasi sosiogram yang dapat memetakan konflik dalam relasi kerja. The study uses a quantitative approach and involves 1205 K-Pop idol fans who have purchased merchandise and reside in East Java. This research utilizes a consumptive behavior scale designed by the author based on 8 indicators of consumptive behavior from Sumartono (2002), with a reliability of 0.727. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and two-way ANOVA with IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. The results show that the category of consumptive behavior among K-Pop idol fans in East Java is moderate. Through the two-way ANOVA analysis, there is no interaction between age and gender simultaneously with consumptive behavior (P>0.05). Partially, there is an interaction between age and consumptive behavior (P<0.05), indicating a difference in consumptive behavior among K-Pop idol fans in East Java based on age. Gender does not show a simultaneous interaction due to the imbalance in the number of female and male fans, making it impossible to compare consumptive behavior across genders.
2024-07-05T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/fenomena/article/view/10773Dinamika Pencapaian Kesejahteraan Subjektif pada Waria Pekerja Salon yang Mengalami Diskriminasi2024-07-25T13:59:49+00:00Siti Alfiani Dewidewisitialfiany@gmail.comYudho Bawonoyudho.bawono@trunojoyo.ac.id
Basically, in society there are only two recognized genders, namely men and women. Therefore, increasing self-confidence in financial management, known as Financial Self-Efficacy helps individuals, especially teachers to avoid Bad Debt-Behavior and encourage Good Debt-Behavior. Teachers with high Financial Self-Efficacy are more likely to enhance their financial knowledge and share it to their students. This research method is quantitative-correlational design. The participants consist of 107 teachers aged 21-60 years. The data analysis method that used in this research is Spearman Rho’s Correlation. The results reveal a significant negative correlation between Financial Self-Efficacy and Bad Debt-Behavior (0.003-0.014 ≤ 0,05). Additionally, there is a significant positive correlation between Financial Self-Efficacy and Good Debt-Behavior (0.003-0.036 ≤ 0.05) among teachers (ρ value 0.000 ≤ 0.05). So, higher Financial Self-Efficacy tends to avoid Bad Debt-Behavior and preference for Good Debt-Behavior, vice verza.
2024-07-25T12:53:19+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/fenomena/article/view/11364Modifikasi Alat Ukur Kesejahteraan Psikologis pada Remaja Pelaku Self-harm2024-07-25T23:18:57+00:00Finda Desila Safitrifindadsafitri@gmail.comAziza Fitriahaziza.fitriah@gmail.comJulaibib Julaibibjulaibib@umbjm.ac.id
Adolescence will experience many changes and affect the future lives of teenagers.
