Quality Consultancy Services for Preparing the Contract for Widening and Reconstruction of the BTS Road In Nganjuk Regency – BTS. Kediri City (Link 175)
Abstract
The preparation of the Contract Quality Plan (RMK) for the widening and reconstruction of the Nganjuk Regency BTS Road – Kediri City BTS Road (Link 175) is an important effort in ensuring that construction implementation runs according to the quality, cost, scope, and time standards stipulated in the contract. This study aims to compile a quality system document as a reference in work supervision, so that the contractor can carry out contract responsibilities optimally. The methods used include personnel mobilization, pre-implementation meetings (Pre Construction Meeting), field engineering, mutual checks, contract changes (addendum/CCO), and field supervision until the handover of the work. The results of the study indicate that the scope of supervisory consultancy services includes material and equipment quality control, work progress evaluation, laboratory test results examination, payment approval, technical recommendations, and design review. With the RMK document, technical supervision is more structured, transparent, and can minimize the risk of delays and non-conformities in the field. This supports the achievement of road construction quality in accordance with applicable regulations and increases accountability in infrastructure project implementation.
