Reconstruction of the Nggrowo – Salen Road
Abstract
The increase in community mobility and economic activities in the Nggrowo–Salen area has created a need for road widening to support smooth transportation. This study aims to analyze the reconstruction planning for the Nggrowo–Salen road widening in terms of technical aspects, work volume, and cost requirements. The methods used include field surveys, road geometric measurements, and pavement structure analysis calculations according to Bina Marga standards. The results indicate that road widening is necessary to increase traffic capacity and road user safety. The total work volume includes earthworks, aggregate base layers, flexible pavement layers, and drainage works. The estimated construction cost is Rp 8,473,169,000 with a planned implementation time of 120 calendar days. These findings provide a technical and financial overview that can be used as a basis for planning and decision-making for the Nggrowo–Salen road widening reconstruction project.
