INTERVENSI KARIR BERBASIS SOCIAL COGNITIVE CAREER THEORY TERHADAP PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN KARIR SISWA KELAS XII
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Intervensi karir berbasis social cognitive career theory terhadap pengambilan keputusan. Self efficacy merupakan salah satu komponen penting dari social cognitive career theory sehingga self efficacy digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah 11 siswa kelas XII SMAN 1 Sidayu. Alat ukur menggunakan skala self efficacy dan skala pengambilan keputusan. Data penelitian kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sampel test dan uji korelasi product moment. Hasil perhitungan analisis data Paired Sampel Test Self efficacy dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16 menunjukkan skor sebesar -14.735 (Sig=0,000) dan Hasil perhitungan analisis data paired sampel t test pengambilan keputusan sebesar -20.321 (Sig=0,000) bahwa ada perbedaan rata-rata antara pre-test dan post-test efikasi diri dengan pengambilan keputusan yang artinya ada pengaruh pelatihan efikasi diri dalam peningkatan pengambilan keputusan karir siswa kelas XII. Kemudian hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi product moment menggunakan SPSS 16 for windows memiliki korelasi sebesar (rxy) = 0,838 yang berarti tingkat korelasi antara variable efikasi diri dan pengambilan keputusan karir berkorelasi positif dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 (p < 0,01). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan self efficacy berpengaruh dengan pengambilan keputusan karir pada siswa kelas XII.
