Peran filsafat ilmu dalam penelitian prokrastinasi akademik: Studi literatur review
Abstract
Academic procrastination is common among students in schools, undergraduate students, and even postgraduate students. The prevalence of academic procrastination at all levels of education is known to be very high, reported to be more than 70% to 80%. Until now, there have been many studies using various approaches carried out to find the right solution to reduce academic procrastination. This literature review study aims to obtain a comprehensive picture of the role of philosophy of science in academic procrastination research. This study is very important because not many have conducted this study before. Books and articles that are related to the research topic are searched through Google Scholar and Science Direct. Data analysis uses a hermeneutic approach to obtain themes that are relevant to the research topic. The results of the study show that the philosophy of science has a very important role in research on academic procrastination. Mastery of ontology, epistemology, and axiology is very necessary for researchers.
