<p>The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the quality of licensing services at the Sidoarjo District Investment and One-Stop Services Office. The techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This study focuses on a survey of community satisfaction based on the Regulation of the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 14 of 2017 which includes 9 indicators, namely, requirements, systems, mechanisms and procedures, service time, fees or rates, product specifications, type of service, competence of implementers, implementing behavior, handling complaints, suggestions, and input, facilities and infrastructure. The results obtained in this study indicate that the quality of licensing services at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office is good. It's just that it needs to be improved again on several indicators, namely service time and handling of complaints, suggestions and input. <p>The development of technology, especially digital media, has also advanced the development of information and communication, this has made several government policies prioritize the development of digital information, one of which is in the field of arts and culture. UPT Taman Budaya Jawa Timur has begun to explore documentation and presentation using digitalization methods by using the role of social media, so that virtual presentations in the context of digitalization of arts and culture need to be managed properly. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that refers to the results of interviews with informants and examines documents and broadcasts related to the research. The results of the study show that the role of digitalization in arts and culture at UPT Taman Budaya Jawa Timur has a positive influence and shows developments towards a better direction in order to preserve and develop arts and culture as a heritage and identity of the Indonesian Nation.</p>Noni Triyana Anggrainie

<p>Public service providers must evaluate the performance of public service delivery periodically. ; To carry out The performance assessment as referred to in paragraph (1), is carried out by measuring the community satisfaction index by the public service standards of each public service provider; If there is a discrepancy between the value of the community satisfaction index and the standard of public services, coaching and capacity building for public service delivery will be carried out. The procedure for implementing the guidance and capacity building for the provision of public services is regulated by a Governor's Regulation. Based on the above requirements, the Governor of East Java instructed all public service units in the Regency/City/Province in East Java to conduct periodic evaluations every three months. Weaknesses or weaknesses of each public service unit must be informed about how to handle them to the public. Therefore, to measure the degree of community satisfaction level in the E-KTP service in Tambaksari District, Surabaya City, it is very urgent, to write a final project in the Public Administration Study Program. <p>Through the strategic CSR policy contained in Law no. 47 of 2017 is a strategic step by the government so that companies have social responsibility towards the communities around the company's operational areas. CSR itself (Corporate Social Responsibility) or what is also known as corporate social responsibility has been frequently used by various companies in Indonesia since the 1990s. One of the many limited liability companies whose operational area is in Malang Regency is Bank Bri Malang Kawi Branch. Based on the mandate of this law, BRI Bank should contribute to implementing social responsibility in Malang Regency. However, the sustainability of this CSR program is very dependent on the creation of mutually beneficial relationships between stakeholders. Using a Quantitative and Qualitative approach (Mix Methods), studied BRI's CSR Strategy in Improving Relations with BAPPEDA Malang Regency and found three indicators according to Maruf (2019), namely Strategy Formulation (Strategy Formulation), Strategy Implementation (Implemented Strategy) and Strategy Evaluation and Supervision. The research results show that BRI's CSR strategy is to improve relations with BAPPEDA Malang Regency. <p>A birth certificate is evidence or a sign that clarifies the child who was born, usually the legal status begins when the human is born from life to death. A birth certificate is strong evidence of the existence of a child because the birth certificate clearly states the day of birth, place of residence, date of birth, month of birth, and year of birth and it clearly states the names of the parents who gave birth. Therefore, this study discusses the level of community participation in the ownership of birth certificates. This study aims to measure the level of participation of the silver east community in the ownership of birth certificates. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Descriptive quantitative research method is a method that aims to make a picture or descriptive about a situation objectively using numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data as well as appearance and results. The data collection technique uses the questionnaire method, namely by giving a set or written questions or questions to respondents to be answered. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on the Level of Community Participation in Birth Certificate Ownership in Perak Timur Village, Pabean Cantian District, Surabaya City, the conclusions are: from the theory proposed by Keith Davis which has three indicators, namely individual mental and emotional involvement, individual motivation and individual responsibility, the highest value of the 3 indicators of community participation is 88%. </p>Ervin Dewantara

<p>In Law Number 6 of 2014 it tries to return the concept and form of the Village as it originates, the Village or is called by another name, is a legal community unit that has the authority to regulate and administer the interests of the local community based on recognized local origins and customs in the national government system and are in the District Region. Villages can be formed, deleted, and/or merged with due observance of their origin at the initiative of the community with the approval of the Regency Government and DPRD. Substantively the Village Law This implies an effort to empower village government apparatus and also the community village. Village Government or in the form of other names such as Marga Government, its existence is dealing directly with the community, as the spearhead foremost government. Implementation of village autonomy characterized by good service either can provide satisfaction for people who need it because it's fast, easy, precise and at an affordable cost, therefore implementation in the field must be supported by the factors involved in the implementation of the village policy. Perception officials regarding their work depends on the level of intrinsic and extrinsic outcomes and how workers/employees view these outcomes and reflect attitudes toward them his job. Mental attitude is a mental condition that encourages someone to strive to achieve maximum work potential.
