https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/map/article/view/132441

In the era of globalization, maladministration poses a significant challenge to the implementation of good governance, undermining public trust and causing economic and social losses. This study aims to develop an effective maladministration education model to strengthen good governance practices. Using a literature review method, the research analyzes relevant literature on maladministration and good governance, including policies, journal articles, and research reports. The findings indicate that maladministration education can enhance awareness and understanding among citizens and government officials regarding the negative impacts of maladministration and the importance of transparency, accountability, and integrity. Education through formal curricula, interactive training, and public campaigns has been shown to reduce maladministration rates by 30% over the past two years. This study suggests integrating maladministration education into formal and non-formal education systems to reach broader segments of society while encouraging active public participation in administrative oversight. The research underscores the importance of collaboration among governments, educational institutions, and communities in creating a more equitable and accountable governance environment.
Nessa Maulidhyna

https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/map/article/view/132442

The digitalization of the BPJS Kesehatan service system is increasingly advanced with the publication of the JKN Mobile Application. The JKN Mobile Application is an innovation carried out by BPJS Kesehatan in improving services to the community in the health sector, especially hospital patients, which is easy and practical. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the National Health Insurance (JKN) mobile application in improving the accessibility of health services and the economic welfare of the community in Surabaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the study show that the JKN mobile application provides convenience in accessing health service information, such as online registration, consultation schedules, and searching for the nearest health facilities. However, obstacles are still found, such as limited digital literacy in certain users and technical obstacles in the application that hinder the optimization of benefits. From an economic perspective, the use of the JKN application contributes to reducing transportation costs and waiting times, which ultimately has a positive impact on household financial efficiency. This study concludes that the JKN mobile application has significant potential to improve the accessibility of health services and the economic welfare of the community. However, improvements need to be made to the application features, digital education, and supporting infrastructure so that the benefits can be felt evenly. These findings are expected to be input for the government and application developers in optimizing digital-based health services in the future.
Adhita AmaliaMarcellina Samudra

https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/map/article/view/132445

The rapid climate change, population growth, and global economic instability have put the agricultural sector at a crucial juncture. These challenges necessitate agricultural extension to focus not only on technical knowledge transfer but also on strengthening human resource capacity to cope with stress and adapt to changes. Resilience and inclusion are key components in addressing these challenges. Resilience enables farmers and agricultural leaders to withstand pressures, while inclusion ensures that all community members, including vulnerable groups, can participate and benefit from innovations. The digital era offers technologies that can significantly enhance agricultural productivity and efficiency. However, adopting these technologies requires high resilience and adaptability among farmers and agricultural leaders. This article aims to analyze the role of resilience and inclusion in agricultural extension and how it can enhance food security in the digital age. https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/map/article/view/132443

The Certified Internship and Independent Study Program is a student program initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) to provide students with the opportunity to develop both soft and hard skills, thus preparing them for the workforce after graduating from college. In this program, Kemendikbudristek collaborates with numerous corporate and institutional partners throughout Indonesia. One such partner is the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Office (Dispendukcapil). Dispendukcapil also offers numerous positions for students, including the KALIMASADA Program Optimization Assistance. KALIMASADA, which stands for "Community Awareness Adminduk Area," is tasked with updating invalid data, such as new records, those without KIA (Children's Identification Card), birth certificates, death certificates, and marriage certificates. The KALIMASADA program aims to raise awareness among the people of Surabaya about the importance of population documentation. The internship took place in Sidotopo Village, Semampir District.
Ayu Wulandari Gunawan

2025-10-012025-10-01502343810.30996/mapo.v5i02.132443ANALYSIS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PARTNERSHIP POLICY BETWEEN SUPERMARKETS AND SIDOARJO SMES IN THE STORE REVIEW PROGRAM
https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/map/article/view/132444

This study aims to identify and analyze the determining factors in the implementation of the partnership policy between supermarkets and Sidoarjo's SMEs in the Bedah Warung Program. These factors need to be optimized in developing the implementation of the partnership policy between supermarkets and Sidoarjo's SMEs in the Bedah Warung Program in the future. The theory used by Knill and Tosun in Rahardian (2020) states that the factors of effectiveness in policy implementation are: Choice of Policy Instruments; Precision and Clarity of Policy Design; Control Structures; Institutional Design; Administrative Capacities; and Social Acceptance. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a case study design. The results of the study indicate that the determining factors in the implementation of the partnership policy between supermarkets and Sidoarjo's SMEs in the Bedah Warung Program are the choice of policy instruments, the accuracy and clarity of policy design, administrative capacity, and social acceptance. The Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Office has established a clear legal basis in the Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo Nomor 10 Tahun 2019 concerning the Arrangement of Supermarkets in Sidoarjo Regency. Factors that need to be optimized in developing the implementation of the Supermarket-SME partnership policy under the Bedah Warung Program are the control structure and institutional design. Although the Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo Nomor 10 Tahun 2019 has been established, control and supervision are still suboptimal. Furthermore, there is a lack of technical coordination with government organizations tasked with overseeing the partnership.
Ary Miftakhul Huda

https://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/map/article/view/132446

Poverty is the inability to maintain a minimum standard of living, characterized by limited income to meet basic needs such as clothing, food, and shelter. Low income also makes it difficult to access adequate health care and education, making it difficult to achieve a general standard of living. To address poverty, the Indonesian government has implemented the Family Hope Program (PKH) since 2007. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional cash assistance program that provides money to extremely poor households. This program aims to improve the lives of poor families and provide access to health and education services. In this study, using stakeholder analysis theory and stakeholder mapping techniques, we can identify stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Simolawang Village, Surabaya City. There are two categories of stakeholders that need to be considered: those with high influence but low interest, and those with low interest and influence. Stakeholders such as Simolawang Village, Simokerto District, and the Kebonrojo Post Office have significant roles in PKH implementation. However, they have a low level of importance because their primary focus is not specifically on poverty alleviation. Meanwhile, the RW (Neighborhood Unit) Head, RT (Neighborhood Unit) Head, and Great Surabaya Cadres (KSH) have little interest and influence. To improve the effectiveness of PKH, these stakeholders must be actively and strategically involved. Suggestions that can be given include direct mentoring by the Village and Sub-district, emotional and moral support, provision of technical assistance, and strengthening the role of local stakeholders. By collaborating and coordinating between stakeholders, poverty alleviation efforts in Simolawang Village can be more effective and have a significant impact on poor families.
Ratnasari Ratnasari
