PSIKOEDUKASI PEMAHAMAN KECEMASAN DALAM MENGHADAPI UJIAN NASIONAL PADA ANGGOTA OSIS SMP KELAS

Abstract

Problems anxiety on students often time there was a especially in national examination. An understanding of anxiety that less is one of the factors students is not able to successfully anxiety that had happened. This study aims to give the understanding of anxiety as well as to give training means of overcoming a anxiety. The method done in this research was quasi experiment for the provision of psikoedukasi understanding anxiety to 32 a member of OSIS Junior High School students ninth grade that will national examination. A measuring instrument used is scale understanding anxiety he had been given on pre test and post test while analysis of data using spss uji -t. based on the result of the analyzer indicates that there are differences understanding anxiety between the data on pre test and post test with the is very signifi cant (t=59.600, p=0.000). Comparison the average score understanding anxiety before it was given psikoedukasi namely 12.97 while having given psikoedukasi 15.00. The analysis result of the implying that psikoedukasi understanding anxiety very effective to provide understanding anxiety students in national examination.
