IMPLEMENTASI DEMOKRASI PANCASILA DALAM KONSEP KEPEMIMPINAN “AMONG ROSO”

Abstract

he philosophy of leadership among Rosos is a concept of leadership that cultivates one's sense of self before sharing your feelings with others. The concept will lead to a sense of mutual respect and a sense of humanity as a unity that creates mutual understanding. This philosophy will lead to the existence of numbers, but not to be contested, but the point of meeting is sought. This is in line with the concept and understanding of Pancasila democracy, namely democracy whose implementation prioritizes the principle of consensus for mutual interests. Latif (2011, p. 383), explains that in a Pancasila democracy individual freedom is not absolute, but must be harmonized with social responsibility. Leadership between can also be referred to as the concept of development, namely to get a meeting point or a preferred decision that develops in the policy by considering the limitations that exist.
