ANALISIS TINGKAT PENERAPAN 3 ( TIGA ) “CONSTRAINT†BIAYA, MUTU & WAKTU MANAJEMEN KONSTRUKSI PADA ANGGOTA INKINDO KALIMANTAN TENGAH
Abstract
he purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation level of 3 (Three) Constraint Cost, Quality & Time of Construction Management at the member of Inkindo Central Kalimantan, with the application of time control, cost and quality along with supporting factors and constraints.The population of this research is the member of Inkindo Central Kalimantan as many as 151 entrepreneurs with a sample 4 of 60 entrepreneurs. In this study more emphasis on the level of implementation of construction management constraint with the application of time control, cost and quality along with supporting factors and constraints.The results of this study illustrate that there are some problems that are not done in order to manage time and schedule, cost and quality. The results of multiple linear regression analysis also explain the effect of time and schedule management, cost and quality with the ability of together to achieve 91.0% so that the model of multiple linear regression equation found can be used to predict the change of value enough (NC) by changing the management time and schedule, cost and quality.
