SISTEM PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI SIM (SURAT IZIN MENGEMUDI) BERBASIS ANDROID

The Service Management Information System (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan SIM - SIMPEL SIM) application which currently running is quite helpful for the internal reporting process, the SIMPEL SIM application runs on a local Server. However, there are several obstacles related to speed caused by the accumulation of SIM application files, manually writing registration data takes a quite long time. The purpose of this research is the development of a pre-existing SIM service information system, by creating an Android-based online SIMPEL SIM application that is integrated with the local SIMPEL SIM Server and the Traffic Attitude Record (TAR) online Server owned by the National Police. In addition, a computer network device architecture was also built to support data exchange between local Servers, online SIM registration Servers and TAR online Servers. The methodology used is the waterfall model approach. The online SIMPEL SIM application can provide a solution to the speed of service of the Pamekasan SATPAS Police Resort and SIM applications recommendations for officers, as well as convenience for the public in registering a SIM along with the public ability to automatically print the registration form on the standalone self service machine at the Satpas office by scanning the digital barcode provided when register online, evidenced by the usability measurement using SUS reaching a score of 72.8 and categorized into good.

ABSTRAK
Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pelayanan (SIMPEL SIM) yang sudah berjalan saat ini cukup membatu untuk proses pelaporan internal, aplikasi ini berjalan pada local Server. Namun ada beberapa kendala terkait kecepatan yang disebabkan karena antrian di loket registrasi yang disebabkan penumpukan berkas permohonan SIM, penulisan data registrasi secara manual membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini pengembangan sistem informasi pelayanan SIM yang sudah ada sebelumnya, dengan membuat aplikasi SIMPEL SIM Online berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan lokal Server SIMPEL SIM dan Server online Traffic Attitude Record (TAR) yang dimiliki oleh institusi Polri. Selain itu juga dibagun arsitektur perangkat jaringan komputer untuk menunjang pertukaran data antara Server lokal, Server registrasi SIM online dan Server online TAR. Metodelogi yang digunakan dengan pendekatan waterfall model. Aplikasi SIMPEL SIM Online bisa memberikan solusi terhadap kecepatan pelayanan Satpas Polres Pamekasan dan rekomendasi permohonan SIM bagi petugas, serta kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam melakukan registrasi SIM dan masyarakat bisa mencetak formulir registrasi secara otomatis pada mesin anjungan mandiri di kantor satpas dengan menscan digital barcode yang diberikan saat melakukan registrasi secara online, dibuktikan dengan pengukuran usability menggunakan SUS mencapai skor 72.8 dan dikategorikan ke dalam good/baik.
