Tingkat Kesegaran Ikan Nila
Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesegaran ikan berdasarkan SNI 2729-2013 tentang Spesifikasi Ikan Segar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode deduktif kualitatif, yaitu pendekatan dengan pendeskripsian data dari bentuk umum ke khusus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan SNI 2729-2013, tingkat kesegaran beberapa ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) yang telah di uji, semua ikan tersebut tergolong segar.
