Perbandingan Produktivitas Pekerja Di Lapangan Dengan Permen PUPR 2022 Pada Proyek Guest House Exindo 57 Kabupaten Nganjuk

Keberhasilan pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi salah satunya ditentukan oleh produktivitas tenaga kerja yang baik. Pekerja proyek konstruksi harus bekerja secara efektif dan efisien, dan dengan produktivitas yang tinggi serta harus bekerja sesuai dengan rencana yang telah di tetapkan oleh kontraktor. Namun pada prakteknya, beberapa proyek konstruksi produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan berbeda dengan produktivitas yang telah ditetapkan oleh Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menganalisis produktivitas tenaga kerja di lapangan dan membandingkannya dengan PUPR Tahun 2022 pada Proyek Pembangunan Guest House Exindo 57 Nganjuk dengan hasil penelitian pada pekerjaan penulangan kolom sebesar 0,63 Kg/OH, penulangan balok sebesar 1,37 Kg/OH, dan penulangan pelat lantai sebesar 0,50 Kg/OH. Pada pekerjaan bekesting kolom sebesar 3,58 m²/OH, bekesting balok sebesar 3,52 m²/OH, dan bekesting pelat lantai sebesar 4,77 m²/OH. Pada pekerjaan pengecoran kolom sebesar 12,72 m³/OH, pengecoran balok sebesar 20,14 m³/OH, dan pengecoran kolom sebesar 22,83 m³/OH.
Abstract
One of the successes in the implementation of construction projects is determined by good labor productivity. Construction project workers must work effectively and efficiently, and with high productivity and must work according to plans that have been set by the contractor. However, in practice, several construction projects have different labor productivity from the productivity set by the Permen PUPR No. 1 Tahun 2022. This study analyzes labor productivity in the field and compares it with PUPR 2022 at the Exindo 57 Nganjuk Guest House Development Project with research results on column reinforcement work of 0.63 Kg/OH, beam reinforcement of 1.37 Kg/OH, and plate reinforcement floor by 0.50 Kg/OH. The column formwork is 3.58 m²/OH, the beam formwork is 3.52 m²/OH, and the floor slab formwork is 4.77 m²/OH. In the column casting work the amount is 12.72 m/OH, the beam casting is 20.14 m/OH, and the column casting is 22.83 m/OH.
