KAJIAN ASPEK TEKNIS DAN ASPEK BIAYA INVESTASI PROYEK PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA SURYA PADA ATAP BETON GEDUNG (Studi Kasus RS Mitra Keluarga Kenjeran Surabaya)

RS Mitra Kelurga Kenjeran merupakan salah satu rumah sakit yang terletak di kota Surabaya bagian
Timur. Rumah Sakit ini mendapatkan suplai dari PLN dengan kebutuhan beban serempak sebesar 655,305
kW. Tingginya pemakaian beban dan potensinya sinar matahari pada siang hari dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai
sumber energi listrik dengan memanfaatkan sebagai pembangkit listrik tenaga surya (PLTS). Namun adanya
keterbatasan lahan dalam penempatan panel surya sebagai salah satu komponen dari PLTS menjadikan
kendala tersendiri, sehingga dicoba melakukan kajian dengan memanfaatkan atap beton gedung RS Mitra
Keluarga Kenjeran Surabaya sebagai tempa panel surya. PLTS yang akan dikembangkan ini direncanakan
untuk dapat mensupplai 30% dari kebutuhan beban listrik dengan sistem sebagai tenaga listrik tambahan.
Besar energi yang dibangkitkan PLTS direncanakan sebesar 53,3 kWp, yang dihasilkan dari panel surya
sebanyak 180 buah dengan kapasitas panel surya 300 Wp. Biaya energi PLTS dengan panel surya 300 Wp
adalah Rp. 13.100/kWh. Analisis kelayakan investasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan NPV, PI dan
Discounted Payback Period (DPP) untuk menentukan hasil bahwa investasi PLTS layak untuk dilaksanakan.
Hasil analisa NPV menunjukan nilai positif Rp. 4.631.532,-, sedangkan hasil analisa PI menunjukan nilai
positif 1,0025 dan Discounted Payback Period (DPP) masih dibawah umur proyek 25 tahun yaitu 24 tahun 8
bulan. Simpulan dari kajian ini adalah investasi proyek PLTS pada RS Mitra Keluarga Kenjeran Surabaya
berdasarkan aspek teknis dan aspek biaya layak dilaksanakan, namun demikian perlu ada kajian aspek sosial
lingkungannya.
