IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN STANDAR PROGRAM SIARAN DI LEMBAGA PENYIARAN PUBLIK TELEVISI REPUBLIK INDONESIA SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

Policy Implementation of broadcast program standard in this research, especially discussing about news programs that became one of the flagship programs of LPP TVRI South Sumatera is the Warta Sumsel’s Program. Warta Sumsel’s Program is one of the leading news programs from TVRI South Sumatra. As a flagship program, Warta Sumsel is expected to be a broadcast that adds insight and accurate information for the community. Therefore, it is important for the Warta Sumsel program to maintain the quality of news that is broadcasted while maintaining the content of the news in accordance with broadcast program standards as set forth in the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission Regulation No. 02 / P / KPI / 03/2012. The results showed that the South Sumatera KPID has performed its duties and functions well although it is still less than optimal. While many things that must be fixed at the agency LPP TVRI South Sumatra. Such facilities are still lacking, the systems that have been implemented need to be evaluated and improved, the appointment of bureaucrats that are not in accordance with professionalism work, and the authority often taken over by some elements.
