The Analisis Kinerja Biaya dan Waktu Pada Proyek Peningkatan Jalan Dengan Metode Earned Value

Abstract
Ketidakefisienan biaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja biaya dan waktu pada Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Subali, Kecamatan Sutojayan, Kabupaten Blitar dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value. Data yang dianalisis mencakup Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB), time schedule, dan laporan mingguan proyek dari minggu ke-1 hingga minggu ke-11. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indeks kinerja biaya (CPI) sebesar 1,28 (>1), yang berarti proyek efisien dengan potensi penghematan biaya sebesar 21,78% atau Rp. 2.287.095,64 dari rencana anggaran Rp. 10.502.000.000,00. Namun, indeks kinerja jadwal (SPI) sebesar 0,71 (<1) mengindikasikan keterlambatan penyelesaian. Proyek diperkirakan selesai dalam 19,43 minggu, melebihi rencana 17 minggu, sehingga terjadi keterlambatan 2,43 minggu. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa metode Earned Value efektif dalam memberikan gambaran komprehensif terhadap kinerja proyek serta dapat menjadi alat bantu penting dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial untuk pengendalian biaya dan waktu.
