Ded Rekonstruksi Jalan Gampang – Peti’in Kabupaten Lamongan
Ded Easy Road Reconstruction – Peti'in Lamongan Regency
Abstract
The Gampang – Peti’in road section in Lamongan Regency has strategic value as the main access for the agricultural, trade, and public service sectors. However, the damaged road conditions due to excessive vehicle loads, climate influences, and minimal maintenance have resulted in increased logistics costs, longer travel times, and decreased community productivity. This study aims to analyze the total number of commercial vehicle axles passing through the road section and determine the required road pavement dimensions using a rigid pavement approach. The method used refers to the design guidelines Pd T-14-2003 by taking into account LHR data, axle load configuration, and subgrade bearing capacity. The results show that the total number of commercial vehicle axles is 1,904 axles, with a JSKN value of 42,206,965.54. The concrete pavement design requires a design width of 6.00 m, a concrete slab thickness of 20 cm, and a class A base layer of 15 cm. Meanwhile, asphalt pavement is also analyzed as an alternative with comparable technical parameters. These findings emphasize the need for comprehensive road reconstruction to support heavy traffic loads and ensure the sustainability of road infrastructure services in Lamongan Regency.
