Abstrak

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of loyalty and organizational commitment
on employee performance at PT. Independent Power Root. This research uses quantitative research
methods. The population in this study are all employees who work at PT. Independent Power Root. The
sample used in this study was 50 employees. Using a non-probability sampling method (non-random
sampling) with a saturated sample type. The method of data analysis in this study is Multiple Linear
Analysis, R2 Determination Test and Hypothesis Test (t test and F test) with the help of the IBM SPSS
version 25 for window program. The results show that loyalty and organizational commitment have a
positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Akar Daya Mandiri.
