ANALISIS BIAYA DAN WAKTU PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG GRAHA MOJOKERTO SERVICE CITY (GMSC) AKIBAT PERUBAHAN DESAIN

Abstract

Mojokerto Municipal Government will mobilize the Graha Kota Mojokerto City Building for the period of 2016 and 2016 (Multi Years Contract). In practice, the design structure faced today at the depth of the pile which was originally 12 meters to 9 meters. Changes occur because the pile has reached the point of land when it reaches a depth of 9 meters (not yet up to 12 meters). Changes like this of course also affect the cost and time of project implementation. The purpose of this study is to determine how much cost is required, and the time available to perform a cost analysis to know and compare between the design and design of this project. By knowing the prices - prices and other data that was built on the Graha City Building Development Project Mojokerto Service, it can know the magnitude and ratio of the comparison.The result of this research is a very favorable design to the project cost of GMSC, that is for the completion of modeling the difference of Rp. 249. 750. 000.00 or 25%.
