IMPLEMENTASI KOMBINASI ANALISIS ABC, DAN SAFETY STOCK SEBAGAI PENENTU OPTIMASI PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN MINYAK GORENG
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the grouping of cooking oil products based on their monthly volume, and also the safety stock that must be provided by the Mina supermarket manager to maintain the stability of the merchandise preparation. This study uses quantitative descriptive techniques. There are 2 steps in data analysis, namely 1) classifying the preparation of cooking oil products, and 2) security reserves for cooking oil products that are included in class A. The data used are sales data and cooking oil prices during March 2018. The results of this study are 1). There are 31 brands and packs of cooking oil that are included in number A out of a total of 86 brands and packaging, 2). The safety stock that must be provided as collateral work is the most for Bimoli 1t Ref products: as many as 26 pieces. Keywords: Retail, Cooking Oil, Control, ABC Method, Safety Stock.Downloads
