Abstract

Colleges and lecturers are two things that can not be separated. This relationship can be regarded as a mutualism symbiotic relationship where mutual need. The provision that lecturers must meet the university’s three main responsibilities consisting of teaching, research and dedication not only for the career interests of lecturers, but also to improve the accreditation of universities. Therefore, the role of universities in supporting the implementation of tri dharma for lecturers is very important. Qualified colleges and lecturers will give birth to a generation of quality nations. A quality nation's generation is an asset to the nation's resilience. This paper will discuss strategies for strengthening t he role of universities in order to realize the nation's resilience through the university’s three main responsibilities. Where the improvement of tri dharma implementation can be implemented in togetherness and mutual cooperation for the common interest of the parties widely, that is for universities, lecturers, students, alumni and users of college graduates.
