REKONSTRUKSI UNDANG – UNDANG NOMOR 1 TAHUN 1974 UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN MASYARAKAT INDONESIA YANG ADIL DAN MAKMUR
Abstract
Indonesia is a country of law, which regulate every activity of human life in all aspects of life is no exception regulate matters pertaining to marriage for people in the State Indonesia. It is stipulated in the Regulation No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage. An extraordinary concern today in the Indonesian state divorce phenomenon, the phenomenon of domestic violence, the phenomenon of sexual perversion, child exploitation, drug abuse, the number of children outside of mating and many other problems that erupted around us. These problems not only be the responsibility of the state, but becomes an urgency for all of us as citizens of Indonesia to be able to realize the goals of the State of Indonesia as stated in the preamble †1945 to realize a fair and prosperous society. So the problem is concept and function of the existing 470 family there are still relevant and feasible for us defend? The conclusion drawn is Regulation No. 1 of 1974 that exists today many rights of Indonesian citizens who are not accommodated rights †the right of residence as such outside the mating legality children of mixed marriages, international marriages and other issues that have not been accommodated Regulation No. 1 of 1974. Advice given the need for reconstruction of Regulation No. 1 of 1974 to realize the Indonesian community that a fair and prosperous.
