DETERMINAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF DAN IMPLIKASINYA PADA KINERJA ORGANISASI
Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar dan inovasi terhadap keunggulan kompetitif dan implikasinya pada kinerja organisasi sekolah-sekolah di lingkungan Yayasan Nurussyamsi Depok. Penelitian menggunakan metode survai dengan populasi seluruh karyawan pada sekolah-sekolah yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Nurussyamsi Depok berjumlah 126 orang dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data untuk pembuktian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini dapat menunjukkan pengaruh orientasi pasar dan inovasi terhadap kinerja organisasi, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian mendapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut. Pertama, orientasi pasar dan inovasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Kedua, keunggulan kompetitif secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Ketiga, orientasi pasar dan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan kompetitif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian merekomendasikan agar yayasan sebagai penyelenggara sekolah swasta selalu berupaya meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif melalui peningkatan orientasi pasar dan inovasi untuk membangun kinerja organisasi yang tinggi.
