PENGARUH INVESTASI DAN RATA-RATA LAMA SEKOLAH TERHADAP PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA DI KABUPATEN CIREBON TAHUN 2013-2018

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh investasi dan pendidikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat analisis data menggunakan regresi linera berganda. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Secara simultan pengaruh Investasi dan RLS terhadap tingkat penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Cirebon sebesar 96,4385547 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 3,5614453% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model ini. Kata Kunci : rata-rata lama sekolah, penyerapan tenaga kerja
