Abstract

Analisa usulan business proses re-engineering dari seluruh kegiatan pada proses jasa jembatan timbang PT. Pelindo Energi Logistik sebagai strategi operasional dan komersil untuk meminimalisir tindak kecurangan terhadap kesesuaian kemanan dan pengawasan kargo dalam percepatan kemudahan akses informasi data secara akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi peningkatan efektivitas dan optimalisasi strategi operasional guna meningkatkan produktifitas dan pelayanan sehingga kepercayaan mitra meningkat terhadap jasa jembatan timbang PT. Pelindo Energi Logistik. Hasil validasi penelitian degan menggunakan Analisa metode bussines process re-engineering mengenai perlunya usulan perbaikan proses dari stakeholder kuesioner yang disebar menunjukkan nilai rata–rata skala Linkert 4,3 dimana hal tersebut menjadi indikasi yang valid dalam keperluan perangcangan usulan business process yang baru dan lebih efisien.
