ANALISIS PENILAIAN KONDISI KERUSAKAN JALAN DENGAN METODE INTERNATIONAL ROUGHNESS INDEX DAN PAVEMENT CONDITION INDEX PADA RUAS JALAN PANGLIMA SUDIRMAN KABUPATEN TUBAN

Penilaian kondisi jalan perlu dilakukan secara periodic baik untuk untuk bangunan strukturalnya ataupun bangunan pelengkap jalannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jalan Nasional Bulu - Tuban - Sadang pada ruas Jalan panglima Sudirman yang berada di wilayah perkotaan Kabupaten Tuban dengan panjang jalan 3,248 km. Pada beberapa bagian jalannya sudah banyak mengalami kerusakan yang dapat menyebabkan menurunnya kenyamanan berkendaraan. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai IRI dan PCI yang akan digunakan untuk jenis penanganan yang tepat. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan analisis diperoleh nilai IRI sebesar 4,90 dan nilai PCI sebesar 67,65. Hasil kedua metode tersebut diperoleh kondisi yang berbeda, hal ini sangatlah mungkin terjadi. Secara umum dari hasil yang diperoleh adalah kondisi sedang berdasarkan prosentase nilai tertinggi. Sehingga jenis penanganan yang tepat adalah pemeliharaan rutin dan preventative untuk kondisi jalan baik atau sedang, sedangkan rehabilitasi minor untuk kondisi jalan rusak ringan.
Abstract
The evaluation on road condition in needed periodically for both structural building or complementary building. This research was applied on Jalan Nasional Bulu – Tuban - Sadang especially on Jalan Pangliman Sudirman which is located in city area Kabupaten Tuban (Length 3,248 km). Crack road occurred on some locations affected to road safety. This research was conducted to evaluate the value of IRI and PCI which will be used to get the right solvents. Based on the survey and analysis, IRI value was found on 4.90 and PCI values was 67.65. Both obtained result were commonly happened. Generally, the highest percentage condition are obtained. Therefore, the right action was routine maintenance and prevention for good and midle condition, which minor rehabilitation was preferred for unheavy road crack
