Abstrak

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between job stress and resilience with work engagement in teachers at the Attarbiyah Surabaya College Foundation. This research is a type of quantitative research using multiple regression analysis research. The subjects in this study were 123 teachers at the Attarbiyah Surabaya College Foundation. The data collection method was carried out through distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results obtained simultaneously show a coefficient of 18,313 with a significance of 0.000 <0.01, which means that there is a positive relationship between job stress and resilience with work engagement. The results obtained in partial regression of work stress with work engagement show a coefficient of -2.178 with a significance of 0.031 <0.05 which means that the lower the work stress, the higher the work engagement, in partial regression between resilience and work engagement shows a coefficient of 4.757 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05 which means
that the higher the resilience, the higher the work engagement.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stress kerja dan resiliensi dengan work engagement pada guru di Yayasan perguruan Attarbiyah Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian analisis regresi berganda . Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 123 Guru di Yayasan perguruan Attarbiyah Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner meggunakan skala likert. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh secara simultan menunjukkan koefiesien 18.313 dengan signifikansi 0.000 <0.01 yang artinya terdapat hubungan positif antara stres kerja dan resiliensi dengan work engagement. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh secara regresi parsial stress kerja dengan work engagement menunjukkan koefisien -2.178 dengan signifikansi 0.031 < 0.05 yang artinya rendah stress kerja maka semakin tinggi work engagement, secara regresi parsial antara resiliensi dengan work engagement menunjukkan koefisien 4.757 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya semakin tinggi resiliensi maka semakin tinggi juga work engagement.
