Abstract
The teaching profession has become increasingly demanding and complex in recent times. This study aims to examine the relationship between psychological capital and gratitude with job stress among elementary school teachers. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression correlation techniques. The participants in this study consisted of 193 elementary school teachers in the Surabaya area. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires both online and offline using a Likert scale. The instruments used included the STJSS scale with 39 items, the PCQ scale with 30 items, and the GRAT scale with 42 items. Data analysis was carried out using correlation tests, and the findings of this study indicate a significant negative relationship between psychological capital and gratitude with job stress among teachers. Psychological capital showed a significant negative correlation with job stress. Meanwhile, gratitude showed a positive but non-significant relationship with job stress. It can be concluded that elementary school teachers can manage job stress effectively if they possess strong psychological capital, whereas gratitude is not a suitable predictor for reducing job stress among teachers.

Abstrak
Profesi guru semakin dewasa ini semakin berat dan kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara modal psikologis dan kebersyukuran dengan stres kerja guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik korelasi regresi linier berganda. Partisipan penelitian ini sebanyak 193 guru sekolah dasar di wilayah Kota Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner secara online maupun offline dengan menggunakan skala likert. Instrumen yang digunakan terdiri dari skala STJSS sejumlah 39 aitem, skala PCQ sejumlah 30 aitem, dan skala GRAT sejumlah 42 aitem. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji korelasi yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara modal psikologis dan kebersyukuran dengan stres kerja guru. Modal psikologis dengan stres kerja guru menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara modal psikologis dengan stres kerja guru. Kebersyukuran dengan stres kerja guru menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang tidak signifikan antara kebersyukuran dengan stres kerja guru. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru sekolah dasar dapat mengelola tekanan stres kerja apabila memiliki modal psikologis yang baik, sedangkan kebersyukuran tidak dapat sebagai prediktor yang tepat untuk menurunkan tekanan stres kerja guru.
