Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy transformational leadership and adversity quotient on workers. This study uses workers as subject data collection by distributing questionnaires through the Google form. This study involved 104 respondens. The results of the study were tested using multiple regression analysis techniques which showed that there was a significant influence between self-efficacy, transformasional leadership and adversity quotient. Based on the calculation of multiple regression analysis, it was found that the significance value was 0.00 < 0.05. So, it can be concluded that there is an influence between self efficacy, transformasional leadership, and adversity quotient

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara self efficacy, dan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan adversity quotient pada pekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pekerja sebagai subjek, teknik pengambilan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. Penelitian ini melibatkan 104 responden. Hasil penelitian ini diuji menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara self efficacy dan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan adversity quotient. Berdasarkan dari perhitungan analisis regresi berganda diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara self efficacy, kepemimpinan transformasional dengan adversity quotient.
