Abstract

The rising demand for creative products from both society and the market underscores the need to nurture creativity through educational institutions, aligning with government initiatives to advance the creative industry in preparation for future challenges. Introducing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) to Vocational High School (SMK) students is essential, as they represent the nation’s future generation, equipped with strong critical thinking and comprehension skills. This knowledge enhancement is intended to expand students’ insights and foster creativity in producing original and valuable intellectual creations. In the current globalized era, increasing competition grants greater prospects for individuals with creativity and innovation to make meaningful contributions within the workforce. The skills that students acquire not only benefit their personal growth but also generate positive outcomes for the broader community
