PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI WISATA KAMPUNG KELENGKENG MELALUI INOVASI PRODUK KOPI BIJI KELENGKENG
Abstract
Desa Simoketawang adalah salah satu desa yang terletak di kabupaten Sidoarjo. Salah satu potensi desa Simoketawang adalah terdapatnya destinasi wisata petik kelengkeng yang didirikan tahun 2017. Eksistensi kampung kelengkeng tersebut didukung oleh beberapa hal, diantaranya telah masuk ke dalam website pemerintah kabupaten Sidoaro dan telah dikelola oleh Bumdes Simo Djojo Makmur. Meskipun Kampung Kelengkeng memiliki eksistensi yang baik, namun terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang saat ini dihadapi, yaitu cara memproduksi dan memasarkan produk olahan kelengkeng yang dapat menjadi ciri khas kampung kelengkeng. Oleh karena itu tim wira desa memberikan gagasan inovasi untuk membuat olahan makanan dari biji kelengkeng, yakni koleng (kopi biji kelengkeng). inovasi produk olahan kopi biji kelengkeng dijadikan sebagai unit usaha baru, yang dapat mengembangkan potensi desa sebagai desa wisata Kampung Kelengkeng. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi tiga tahap; Tahap perencanaan, Tahap Pelaksanaan, Tahap evaluasi.
