  1. The author sends the manuscript to the editor of Persona: Jurnal Psikologi Indonesia online through the following link http://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/persona
  2. For the first time writer must register via the following link http://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/persona/user/register. Guide for how to register can be downloaded via the following link https://bit.ly/registrasi_persona, After successful registration, the author can use USERNAME and PASSWORD to log in to Persona Journal. Every time the author who wants to send a manuscript or check on the status of the manuscript can use that account, WITHOUT MUST REGISTER AGAIN
  3. For authors who already have an account, they can directly log in via the following link http://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/persona/login.  After logging in the author can complete the fields required to send the manuscript.  Writing Guidelines

  1. Manuscripts are scientific writings as a result of research in the fields of clinical psychology, education psychology, development psychology, Social Psychology, Industrial & Organization Psychology that have never been published
  2. Manuscripts must be free of plagiarism. Only manuscripts that have less than 15% in common will be processed.
  3. Authors who enter images, tables, or portions of text that have been published from other places are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner.
  4. All contents of the manuscript and its legal consequences are the responsibility of the author.
  5. The editorial board has the right to make changes related to writing, without changing the substance of the manuscript
  6. Before sending the manuscript to Persona: Jurnal Psikologi Indonesia, the writer must be absolutely sure that he wants to publish the manuscript in Persona. Withdrawal of the manuscript that is in the process of review will be subject to fines. More clearly read Retraction Policies
  7. Manuscripts are written in Indonesian. In general, terms should not be abbreviated unless they are used repeatedly and abbreviations help the reader. Use the full word first, followed by abbreviations in parentheses. After that, just use the abbreviation.

 Systematics Of Manuscripts Writing

Title: Title is a maximum of 12 words in Indonesian and is written in capital letters at the beginning of a sentence. The title must be concise and clear in describing the contents of the article. It can use creative titles to attract readers. The words influence, relationship, and case study should not be used in the title. Abstract: Abstracts of a maximum of 200 words, written in Indonesian and English using the font Candara 12, single-spaced. The abstract must be clear and provide a brief description of the research problem. The abstract contains 1) introduction; 2) research objectives; 3) research methods (research designs, subjects, instruments, and data analysis techniques); 4) research results and; 5) abstract ends by giving a brief conclusion. Introduction: In this section, the author describes the background of the problem, objectives, and benefits underlying the research, literature review, and or hypothesis (the length of the writing in the introduction should not exceed 20% of the entire text). In this section, a prior literature review is needed as a basis for researchers to explain: (1) the existence of research gaps; (2) researchers' arguments in meeting gaps, as a form of researchers' commitment to contribute to the development of science; (3) researchers' arguments about the novelty of research. [Justify, Candara 12, space 1.15]

Methods: It contains explanations about research variables, operational definitions of variables, research designs, research subjects, data collection techniques, and data analysis techniques. In this section the author is asked to explain as much detail as possible about the research procedure used, making it easier for other researchers to replicate or verify research (the length of writing in the method section should not exceed 20% of the entire text). ). Results: It contains descriptive statistical results, assumption tests, and hypothesis tests, which are then critically analyzed. This comparison must explain the differences in research findings with previous studies, so they can contribute to the development of science. Conclusion: Conclusions contain conclusions and suggestions. Conclusions are made concise, clear, and concise, and must answer the research objectives.
