Persona: Jurnal Psikologi Indonesia (Persona Journal) accepts quantitative research manuscripts with topics such as educational psychology, developmental psychology, clinical psychology, social psychology and industrial & organizational psychology.

The Persona Journal does not accept manuscripts of correlational research with two variables, direct correlational studies with three variables will be considered if they have novelty, and from Volume 11 No. 1 The Persona Journal is no longer accepting manuscripts for measuring instrument development. The Journal of Persona prioritizes research on:

1. Correlation with mediator variable or moderator variable
2. Research the model using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
3. Experimental research with true experimental design or quasi-experimental design will be considered

Persona Journal is published semi-annually, in June (the last manuscript submission in February. The review process starts in March) and December (the last manuscript submission in Augustus. review process starts in September)
