Pengembangan Tes Minat Berbasis Holland Untuk Pemetaan Jurusan Pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) & Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA)
Abstract
Alat tes psikologi seperti tes minat umumnya dibuat berdasarkan teori-teori psikologi kontemporer. Hasil dari tes tersebut tentu perlu dilihat atau diuji secara empiris kesesuaiannya dengan kriteria yang diinginkan. Sejauh ini pengukuran tes minat di tingkatan Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) dan Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) masih terbatas menggunakan tes minat penjurusan yang berbasis tes vokasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan tes minat berbasis HOLLAND yang dapat digunakan untuk pemetaan jurusan untuk siswa SMP maupun SMA. Studi ini memiliki 248 siswa SMP dan 270 siswa SMA yang mengerjakan tiga instrumen tes yaitu tes minat HOLLAND, tes penjurusan siswa SMP dan tes penjurusan siswa SMA. Uji validitas analisa faktor konfirmatorik digunakan untuk menguji validitas konstruk alat ukur dan analisa regresi model persamaan struktural digunakan untuk mengetahui prediktor yang dominan dalam menentukan pilihan jurusan seorang siswa baik di SMP maupun SMA. Beberapa trait HOLLAND ditemukan berperan secara signifikan dan konsisten dalam menentukan jurusan bidang studi yang dipilih oleh siswa SMP dan SMA. Setiap bidang studi penjurusan memiliki trait HOLLAND yang berbeda-beda sebagai prediktornya.Downloads
