Dukungan Sosial, Kecerdasan Emosi Dan Resiliensi Guru Sekolah Luar Biasa

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between
social support, emotional intelligence with resilience teachers of extraordinary
schools (SLB) in Surabaya .this study conducted on teachers who teach in
extraordinary schools by the number of study subjects were 100 people who are ini
five schools. Collection data in the form of social support scala consisting of 26
item, emotional intelligence of 20 items and teacher resilience 26 item. That measure
instruments have valid and reliabilitas. Data were analyzed using multiple regresion
analysis. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that variables of social
support, emotional intelligence have a significant relation with resilience
(F=50.893; p=0,000). This suggests that there is a positive and signifikact
correlation between social support and emotional intelligence with resilience of
teacher. From the result of calculation for each variables to the resilience, it’s
known that emotional intelligence (0,239%) more contributes to resilience than
social support(0,562%).

bersama-sama berkorelasi sangat signifikan

dengan resiliensi guru. Dengan demikian,

hipotesis yang menyatakan ada hubungan

dukungan sosial dan kecerdasan emosional

dengan resiliensi dapat diterima. Secara parsial,

dukungan sosial berkorelasi positif sangat

sigifikan dengan resiliensi guru dan kecerdasan

emosi berkorelasi positif terhadap resiliensi.

Dengan demikian hipotesis yang menyatakan

ada hubungan positif dukungan sosial dengan

resiliensi dapat diterima. Selanjutnya

kecerdasan emosional berkorelasi positif secara

signifikan dengan resiliensi guru sehingga

hipotesis yang menyatakan ada hubungan

positif kecerdasan emosi dengan resiliensi

pada guru sekolah luar biasa dapat diterima.
