Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • Make sure the script uses the template provided
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the instruction for author, which is found in About the Journal
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed

First-Time Users

  1. Please click the "REGISTER" button on the page http://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/representamen/user/register and enter the requested information. Read the guide in the following link if you experience difficulties tinyurl.com/panduansubmit.

  2. After successful registration, you can use USERNAME and PASSWORD to enter the Representamen Journal. Every time you want to submit an article or see the status of an article you can use that account, WITHOUT MUST REGISTER AGAIN

Please click the "ENTER" button, complete the required fields to submit your article to the Representamen Journal editor. You can also track the progress of your article through the system. Read the guide in the following link if you experience difficulties tinyurl.com/panduansubmit.

Peer Review Process and Policy

The submitted text will be reviewed by the editor and only the manuscript that meets the focus and scope as well as the style of the journal will be accepted and continued to the review process. Each text will be reviewed by at least two people.

Submission of Manuscripts Submitted

Submission of Manuscripts to Representamen journals are texts written by the author, free of plagiarism and have never been published in any journal. Before submitting the manuscript, the author must ensure that he wants to publish the manuscript to the Representamen journal. Withdrawals during and after the peer review process are not permitted. At the same time the author is also not allowed to send the same script to other journals. The person journal will not be legally responsible if the author violates this statement.

Permission

Writers who wish to include images, tables, or parts of text that have been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner for print and online formats and to include proof that such permission has been given when submitting their paper. Any material received without such evidence will be deemed to be from the author.

Online Submission

All texts must be submitted to the Representamen Journal via Online Submission in the journal url portal: http://jurnal.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/representamen/about/submissions#onlineSubmissions, where the author registers as a Writer and / or offered as an online reviewer. If the author has a problem with online shipping, please contact the Editorial Office in the following email: redaksi.representamen@untag-sby.ac.id. The manuscript must be prepared in accordance with the following writing guidelines in the MS Word article template (http://tinyurl.com/gayaselingkungrepresentamen  and bit.ly/templateNaskah_Representamen )

Suggestions
It is recommended that the writer will submit the manuscript in a personal journal to use the Mendeley reference tool.

Abbreviations
In general, terms may not be abbreviated unless they are used repeatedly and the abbreviation helps the reader. Initially, use the full word, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses. Afterthat, just use the abbreviation.

Preparing for Submission of

Title: describes the main contents of the article in a concise and clear manner, written in English at the very top followed by:
-The author's name, without a title accompanied by footnotes about the agency where the author works
-Address, in the form of an agency, where the author works, equipped with an email address

The composition of the writing must follow the following rules: abstracts, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusions and suggestions, bibliography

Abstract: written in English and Indonesian at least 100 words and is the essence of all writing including: problems, goals, methods, results, and conclusions. Under abstract 3-5 keys must be included.

Keywords: Maximum 5 keywords separated by commas

Introduction: covering the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem, the purpose of the study, the study of theory.

Method: contains an explanation of the type of research, types and sources of data, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques. The method must be explained as completely as possible so that other researchers can retest. References need to be given to unclear methods.

Results: briefly answer all questions in the formulation of the problem (focus of study) and discuss comprehensively. For table:

  • Pictures could be graphics, diagrams, schematics, photos. The title, source, and picture should be grouping, so it will not rupture when the layout created.
  • The title of the image should be placed below the image, left margin, 12-point Times New Roman, bold, space 1, and the source listed in the bottom left of the image. See example below:
