Abstract

SMA Negeri 1 Bajuin is a senior high school located in Bajuin Village. The school library faces issues with recording book loans and providing information about book returns. To address these problems, a school library information system using the Laravel Framework has been developed. The system design follows the waterfall methodology, with data collection conducted through interviews and literature studies. This research involves creating a web-based information system. The system is designed using tools such as Unified Modeling Language (UML) and flowcharts, and is implemented with HTML, CSS, PHP, and a MySQL database. The aim of this research is to facilitate the management of books in the library, enabling students to borrow books more efficiently and improving overall library management.
