Identifikasi Kualitas Udara pada Ruangan menggunakan Deret Sensor Gas dan Algoritma LDA
Abstract
In Indonesia, the amount of carbon emissions and other gas elements has increased from year to year due to vehicle fumes, factory fumes, and the smoke emitted by cigarettes. This situation is considered a factor in air pollution because it produces carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen (H2), nitrogen monoxide (NO), and other substances. Exposure to this pollution can be bad for health, even causing death. This research creates a prototype for detecting air quality in rooms using gas sensor arrays and the LDA (Linear Discriminant Analysis) algorithm, especially for concentrations of CO, H2, and NO gas elements. The measurement data is then processed using the Linear Discriminant Analysis (LDA) algorithm as a classification method to determine the air quality. The results of the experiment show that this system can classify the air quality in four different rooms with an accuracy of 88,30%.
