Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Penduduk Pada Desa Sungai Riam Berbasis Web
Abstract
Sungai Riam Village is one of the village names located in Pelaihari District, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The population data information system at the village office in Sungai Riam Village is still done conventionally. Population data management in Sungai Riam Village is still carried out in the form of bookkeeping and archiving of documents in hardcopy form, so that errors often occur and even data archives are lost or damaged because there are too many data archives. The weaknesses of this conventional system make it difficult to add, change and search for population data. This study provides a solution to the existing problems, namely by creating an information system that can provide convenience to village employees in managing population data. The Population Data Information System in Sungai Riam Village uses Javascript and PHP programming and uses the MySQL database and Google Maps API. The system that is built can manage and archive population data in Sungai Riam Village so that it can provide convenience in adding, changing and searching for population data, birth data, death data and population movement data equipped with Google Maps. The system development model is carried out using a waterfall with sequential stages from needs analysis, system design, program code research, system testing and program implementation and maintenance. System testing is done using the blackbox testing method to test all existing functionality. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it was found that the system functionality can run well 96% according to plan.
