PENERAPAN FUZZY LOGIC SUGENO UNTUK MEMPREDIKSI KERUSAKAN SUCTION BLOWER MOTOR
Abstract
The Suction Blower Motor is an induction motor that is quite frequently used in industry. A suction blower motor is a device that operates on the principle of suction and blowing, functioning to circulate air or materials in various applications, such as removing dust from machines, moving particles from one location to another, or for ventilation. This device works by drawing air or particles through fan blades driven by an electric motor and then directing them out through an exhaust duct. Therefore, this study aims to apply the Fuzzy Logic method to predict damage to suction blower motors. This prediction system is expected to significantly reduce the risk of motor failure, increase operational efficiency, and minimize maintenance costs. The development of this damage prediction system is also expected to contribute to the industrial world, particularly in maintaining operational continuity and improving occupational safety.
